All orders are working days dependant, meaning between the days of Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Therefore any orders which are placed on Fridays after 3pm will not be processed through until Monday.

We are currently offering FREE UK Delivery (1st class delivery) on all orders over £30.

All orders have a cut off time, If any orders are made after 3pm (UK time) they will therefore be treated as an order that has been placed the next working day. We always try our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible so please sent us an email if you have any special requirements or suggestions to info@shishatimeltd.com.

As the majority of our orders are sent off as special delivery (signed and tracked) they will require a signature once they reach the destination. If for any reason a signature cannot be obtained, the courier may leave the delivery with a neighbour and require a signature from them. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left there if a signature cannot be obtained so may be sent to your local post centre until collection.

If the courier does leave the delivery with your closest neighbour or at your local post office, they will always leave a card with details for your convince of collection. When placing your orders online you have a selection of a preference of a different or specific delivery address rather than your payment address. This, ofcourse, is dependent on what is more convenient for you.

All deliveries are on a timescale which are approximated due to availability. The exact timing of a delivery cannot always be specified precisely.

As we use royal Mail as our delivery partner, we are bound to follow their terms and conditions listed on their website. For any reason, if an item is lost/damage/hasn’t arrived within a given timeframe, we have to wait for up to 25 days before any claim can be processed.
